IMPORTANT ADVISORY!!! The Board is in the process of updating to new Licensing systems. As a result, the links to apply for a license or to file a complaint have been DISABLED temporarily. We estimate these links to be disabled until approximately September 12, 2023. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Board at (702)732-2147.

LICENSEES: As part of the above-mentioned updates, all licensees will be required to provide the Board with a unique email address. In our current system, several email addresses which are listed for individual licensees are actually business email addresses or group practice email addresses. Those with such addresses should contact the Board immediately at (702)732-2147 to provide us with an email address that is unique, not shared, dedicated and distinct to each individual licensee. Your immediate attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated!
